Mobile Legends purchase not received on iPhone or iPad

Confirm the transaction in Apple purchase history and the Apple Account used, reopen MLBB, then contact the developer if a completed purchase is still missing.

Use this for a purchase made through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple's Restore Purchases process does not restore consumable items, and this guide does not classify an MLBB item without evidence.

Verify the Apple transaction and account

Open Apple purchase history on the device or web and search for the transaction. Confirm you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase and keep the order details private.

A pending charge is not the same as a completed purchase.

Do not assume every item can be restored

Apple says non-consumable purchases may use an app's Restore Purchases control when the app provides one, while consumable items cannot be restored that way.

If MLBB does not identify the item type or show a restore control, do not invent one; use the developer contact route with the completed transaction evidence.

Escalate without buying twice

Close and reopen MLBB, confirm the intended game account and preserve the purchase time and Apple order details. Contact MLBB support for delivery investigation.

If you want a refund, Apple's published route starts at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility varies, and a pending charge must complete before it can be requested there.

Safe stopping point

Leave with a verified status or case reference

Stop when the item appears, the transaction is shown not to have completed, or a verified developer or Apple case is created. Keep the private order and case references.
