Find the completed Apple transaction
Open Apple purchase history and confirm the Apple Account, item, date and completed state. If the charge is still pending, wait for Apple's billing state rather than describing it as a completed purchase.
If nobody recognizes the charge, use the unfamiliar-charge guide before choosing an ordinary refund reason.
Use Apple's official request flow
At reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund, select the accurate reason and identify the matching item. Review the selection before submitting so another purchase is not included by mistake.
The available reasons and eligibility shown by Apple control the request; this site cannot predict or influence the decision.
Keep the Apple result and avoid duplicate cases
Save the submission confirmation and follow Apple's status route. If the issue is delivery rather than a refund decision, preserve the order and use MLBB support without exposing Apple Account credentials.
Do not create a second purchase or a second refund request while the first order is still being reviewed.
Safe stopping point
Leave with a verified status or case reference
Stop after Apple accepts the request or gives a different official route. Keep the confirmation and wait for that case before repeating the submission.
