Confirm whether Apple completed the order
Check Apple purchase history and keep the exact payment message. If no completed order appears, do not report the MLBB item as missing because delivery has not yet been established.
If Apple shows an unpaid order or payment-method problem, resolve that account state before trying the purchase again.
Use Apple's payment route
Apple says a declined payment can require adding or updating a payment method. When the account details are correct and the decline persists, the financial institution may need to explain its restriction.
Do not send card details to a person claiming to fix MLBB billing; the transaction remains an Apple billing process until it completes.
Make one retry, then follow the resulting state
After resolving a verified condition, make one purchase attempt through the App Store. If it completes but the item remains absent, use the iPhone purchase-not-received guide with the order evidence.
If a charge appears that nobody recognizes, stop retrying and use Apple's unfamiliar-charge process rather than requesting ordinary delivery.
Safe stopping point
Leave with a verified status or case reference
Stop when Apple shows a completed or declined state. Route that evidence to purchase recovery, refund, unfamiliar-charge investigation or the financial institution as appropriate.
