Identify what apple.com/bill represents
Apple says this descriptor can cover apps, subscriptions, music and other purchases. Open purchase history and compare the amount, date and Apple Account instead of assuming the statement line names MLBB.
Apple can group items in one transaction, so the statement amount may require checking more than one purchase record.
Check family purchases and receipts
When Purchase Sharing is enabled, the family organizer may see charges created by a family member. Review those records and Apple receipts before calling the transaction unauthorized.
If the MLBB item is recognized but unwanted, use Apple's refund route. If a completed recognized item is missing in game, use the purchase-not-received guide.
Use Apple support for a charge that remains unknown
Follow Apple's unfamiliar-charge route and secure the Apple Account and payment method when the purchase still cannot be explained. Use the financial institution's verified fraud channel if Apple determines the entry is not an Apple transaction.
Keep the statement and purchase details private and save the official case reference.
Safe stopping point
Leave with a verified status or case reference
Stop when Apple history identifies the charge or a verified Apple or payment-provider case is created. Secure the account and keep the case reference private.
