Send the problem to the right place
Game and account problems belong with MOONTON support. This independent site cannot access an MLBB account or support case.
For an error in one of our guides, keep the page URL, disputed sentence, source link and date. A public corrections inbox is not yet active, so no message form pretends to submit a report.
Site corrections
What a useful correction contains
Record the page address, exact statement, why it is wrong, the primary source that changes the answer and when you checked it. Do not include a password, one-time code, payment card, receipt or private account evidence.
Until a monitored destination is verified, this page will not invent an email address or silently discard a form submission.
Correction standard
Material errors are corrected in the answer and its materially-updated date. A routine source recheck changes only the last-checked date. Contradictory evidence is labelled instead of being hidden.
Response limits
MLBB Updates cannot restore accounts, issue refunds, add diamonds, change a ban, retrieve a player ID or confirm a server incident on MOONTON’s behalf.
