Use the route you can reach
When the game opens
Use the Contact Us button inside Mobile Legends. Choose the closest issue category and keep any case or reference number shown after submission.
When the game does not open
The official Google Play listing currently publishes mobilelegendsgame@moonton.com as the customer-service email.
For an Android store or purchase issue
Google Play explains that the developer handles app operation, progress and many in-app purchase problems. Store-wide download or account failures still belong with Google Play support.
Prepare one useful report
State what you expected, what happened, the exact error text, the device model, operating-system version, MLBB version, region and approximate time. Attach a screenshot only when it does not expose private account or payment information.
Describe the safe steps already tried. A short reproducible report is easier to investigate than repeated messages with no device or error details.
Keep account secrets out of the message
Never send a password, one-time code or recovery code. Do not upload identity or payment documents unless the verified support flow specifically requires them and you have confirmed the destination.
Stopping point
Know when the fix is complete
Keep the sent message and any case number. If the listed email rejects delivery, return to the current official store listing instead of using contact details copied from an unverified post.
