A claim is not published as confirmed just because it appeared once.
We preserve the source, server, region, observation time and confidence state before an answer can be released.
Review flow
01
Observe
Capture what a source actually shows, with a retrieval time and evidence location.
02
Review
Check channel, version, region, dates and contradictions without filling gaps by assumption.
03
Release
Freeze approved records into the static site. Drafts and uncertain claims stay out of the sitemap.
Evidence states
Words with fixed meanings
Reported
A source makes the claim, but independent checks are incomplete.
Confirmed
The claim passed the checks required for its page and scope.
Disputed
Credible evidence conflicts and the disagreement matters to the answer.
Withdrawn
A previous claim is no longer supported and is removed from current guidance.
Freshness
Checked is not the same as changed
Every released answer keeps two dates. Materially updated means the answer itself changed. Last checked means it was reviewed again, even if the answer stayed the same.
If a source becomes unavailable, the answer is reviewed against its remaining evidence. It is then labelled source unavailable, narrowed, withdrawn or removed rather than silently promoted as current.
AI
Where AI fits
AI may help organize drafts and flag missing fields. It does not count as evidence, verify a gameplay claim, or supply reviewer expertise. Public bylines use transparent brand roles; they are not invented people.
