Troubleshooting

Mobile Legends high ping or unstable connection checks

Restart the device, compare Wi-Fi with mobile data once, and test another internet service; the result tells you whether to investigate the network or preserve an MLBB-specific report.

Use this when MLBB opens but the connection is delayed, unstable or repeatedly reconnects. It cannot identify a server outage from one device alone.

Run one clean comparison

Close MLBB, restart the device and open a normal web page. Then test MLBB on the current connection and one alternative connection if both are available.

If web pages and other apps also struggle, the connection is the stronger lead. If they work and only MLBB fails at the same point, keep that narrower result for support.

On Android, compare Wi-Fi and mobile data

Android Help recommends switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see whether the result changes. Check the mobile signal indicator and move closer to the router before resetting anything.

If every service fails on one network, contact the carrier, network owner or internet provider rather than repeatedly reinstalling MLBB.

On iPhone, confirm MLBB can use cellular data

Apple lets you review cellular access per app. If MLBB works on Wi-Fi but not cellular, check that cellular data is enabled for the app and that your plan has service.

A successful network comparison does not measure game-server health; it only narrows the failing path.

Stopping point

Know when the fix is complete

Stop when MLBB is stable on the selected connection. If it remains unstable only in MLBB, record the time, region, network type, device, store version and exact symptom before contacting official support.
