Check the app permission first
On Android, open the privacy or app-permission controls and check microphone access for MLBB. On iPhone, open Privacy and Security, choose Microphone and review whether Mobile Legends is allowed.
If MLBB has never requested access or does not appear, launch the voice feature once and read the prompt rather than changing unrelated permissions.
Rule out a device-wide microphone block
Supported Android versions provide a microphone control that can block access across apps. Android and iPhone also show an indicator when an app is using the microphone.
Test a normal recording or calling app. A failure across apps points to the operating system, hardware or privacy control rather than an MLBB-only setting.
Escalate only the game-specific result
If the microphone works elsewhere and MLBB is allowed, reopen the game and reproduce the voice-chat failure once. Save the exact in-game message, device model, system version and whether the microphone indicator appeared.
Send that evidence through the verified MLBB support route without recording another player's private voice or exposing account credentials.
Stopping point
Know when the fix is complete
Stop when the device shows MLBB using the microphone and voice chat works, or when the failure is isolated to the device or game for the correct support route.
