How to check Mobile Legends server status without guessing

Check whether other services work, reproduce the MLBB error on one alternate network if available, then look for a dated first-party notice before calling it an outage.

This method checks evidence quality; it is not a live status monitor and does not assert that Mobile Legends is currently up or down.

Rule out the device and connection

Open a normal website and another online app. Restart the device, then compare Wi-Fi with mobile data once if both are available. If all services fail on one connection, that is not sufficient evidence of an MLBB outage.

Record the exact MLBB message and time with time zone.

Look for a dated first-party notice

Check the official Mobile Legends news route, MOONTON newsroom and any notice inside the game. Match the date, region and affected service to the symptom you have.

The absence of a notice does not prove the service is healthy; it means the incident is not confirmed by those sources.

Use a precise status label

Call the result confirmed only when a first-party notice covers the same time and scope. Otherwise describe it as a device-specific error, a network-specific error or an unconfirmed report.

That wording prevents one screenshot from becoming a false global outage claim.

What success looks like

Finish with a verified result

Stop when the failure is either isolated to a device or network, matched to a dated official notice, or documented for support as unconfirmed. Preserve the evidence and its time.
