Secure the accounts you still control
Before sending a report, protect the email, Google or Apple account connected to the device when you can do so safely. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or recovery codes with a person claiming to retrieve MLBB access.
Keep any purchase or account evidence private until a verified support flow asks for a specific item.
Use the support route you can reach
When MLBB opens, start with Contact Us inside the game so the request begins in a first-party environment. When it does not open, return to the official Google Play listing and use the currently published customer-service contact.
Do not rely on an address copied from a social post if the current store listing no longer shows it.
Send one account-safe report
Describe the last successful access, device, region, approximate time and exact screen now shown. Include only ownership information the verified support route requests, and redact full payment credentials from screenshots.
Keep the sent message and case reference. Repeated submissions without new evidence can make the history harder to follow and do not create a guarantee of recovery.
Stopping point
Know when the fix is complete
Stop when a verified support case is created or access is restored. Preserve the case number and respond only through the same confirmed channel.
