Read the cancellation conditions before starting
MOONTON's published conditions say the requester must own and be logged into the account and keep it in a safe, normal state. A ban, frozen state or recent sensitive operation can prevent the request from proceeding.
Treat the live flow as authoritative if it adds a check or gives a result that differs from a summary.
Resolve property, orders and relationships
The conditions require remaining property, outstanding orders or refunds, social relationships and disputes to be addressed. Review each item in the account before submitting a destructive request.
Save only the confirmation or case reference you need. Do not post screenshots containing account or payment identifiers.
Choose cancellation or a data-rights request deliberately
Google Play's data-safety disclosure says deletion can be requested, while MOONTON's privacy policy describes data-rights routes. That does not mean every data request has the same scope or effect as canceling a playable account.
Use the verified policy contact when the goal is a privacy right, and use the account-cancellation flow when the goal is to close the game account.
What success looks like
Finish with a verified result
Stop after the official process supplies a confirmation, refusal or next requirement. Keep that record privately and do not repeat the request while an existing case is unresolved.
