Capture when the crash happens
Note whether MLBB closes immediately, after login or during one repeated action. Also record whether other apps close. That pattern is more useful than describing the app as simply broken.
Use reversible recovery steps
Close and reopen once
Fully close MLBB, reopen it and check whether the same action triggers the crash.
Restart the device
Restart, then test before changing any more settings.
Update the app and system
Use the official store for MLBB and the device settings for operating-system updates.
Android only: clear cache before storage
Cache removes temporary data. Clearing storage is a separate action that permanently deletes app data.
Protect access before a reinstall
Apple lists deleting and redownloading as a later step and warns about lost app data. Google likewise distinguishes temporary cache from permanently cleared storage.
Before either action, make sure you know how the account is recovered and preserve the device, operating-system and store-version details.
Stopping point
Know when the fix is complete
Stop when the same action no longer closes MLBB. If the crash repeats after safe steps, send the reproducible point, device details and screenshot or screen recording through the official support route.
