Mobile Legends stuck on the loading screen or not opening

Identify the point where it stops

Write down whether MLBB closes immediately, never moves beyond one loading screen, or shows an error. Those are different symptoms. A frozen screen on one device does not prove a general outage.

Use the safe steps first

1. Close and reopen once

   Fully close Mobile Legends, then open it again. Repeating this many times adds no useful evidence.

2. Restart the device

   Restart the phone or tablet, then check whether the stopping point changes.

3. Check app and system updates

   Install the current Mobile Legends update from the official store and any available operating-system update.

4. Android: force stop, then clear cache

   If your device provides these controls, force stop the app. Clearing cache removes temporary data; clearing storage is a separate, destructive action.

5. iPhone or iPad: delay deletion

   Apple lists deleting and redownloading as a later step and warns that app data may be lost. Do not start there.

If only Mobile Legends remains affected

Preserve the exact screen or error, the device and operating-system version, the MLBB version shown by the official store, your region and the time of the attempt. Then use the verified developer support route.
