Work through the App Store checks
An App Store download problem is not evidence of an MLBB server problem. Use the store controls first.
Update manually
Open the App Store, tap your profile picture and look for Mobile Legends in the available app updates.
Prioritize the download
If the icon is waiting on the Home Screen, touch and hold it, then choose Prioritize Download when that option appears.
Read any account message
A billing, verification, age or Family Sharing message can block even a free app update. Follow the exact prompt rather than repeatedly starting the download.
Restart the iPhone or iPad
Restart the device, reopen the App Store and try the update once more.
Choose support by where it fails
If several App Store downloads fail, Apple Support is the appropriate next stop. If other apps update and only Mobile Legends fails, keep the displayed message and use the developer contact route after the Apple checks.
If the update completes but the game will not open, use the loading-screen guide instead of repeating store steps.
Delete and redownload only as a last device step
Apple warns that deleting an app may remove data stored in it. Before deleting Mobile Legends, make sure you understand how you will recover access and accept the risk to local data.
Stopping point
Know when the fix is complete
You can stop when the App Store shows the update as complete and MLBB opens. Otherwise, record the exact App Store message, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and time of the attempt before escalating.
