Verify the Google Play transaction
Open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions and Budget and history, or check Order history on the Play website. Confirm the relevant purchase is complete before describing the item as not delivered.
Keep the order information private and share it only through a verified support route.
Refresh the app safely
Confirm the connection works, force stop MLBB, reopen it and check the intended account. Restart the device once if the item is still absent.
Do not buy the item again as a troubleshooting step. A second charge creates a separate transaction.
Choose developer help or the published refund route
Google Play identifies the app developer as the place to investigate an undelivered in-app item. Send the purchase time, item, order reference and account-safe evidence through MLBB's official contact route.
If seeking a refund, read Google's current policy for that purchase and elapsed time; eligibility is not guaranteed.
Safe stopping point
Leave with a verified status or case reference
Stop when the item appears, the payment is shown not to have completed, or a verified support or refund case is created. Keep the order reference and case number privately.
