Read the Google Play result before retrying
Keep the exact message Google Play shows and check whether an order exists in purchase history. No completed order means there is no delivered MLBB item for the developer to find yet.
A temporary authorization on a bank statement is not the same as a completed Play purchase. Wait for the provider's status rather than buying again immediately.
Check only the payment condition reported
Google's guidance points to payment-method validity, billing details, available funds and issuer restrictions. Correct the condition you can verify, then make one controlled retry through Google Play.
If the account shows an unpaid or restricted state that you cannot resolve, use Google Play or the financial institution named by the error instead of sending card details to MOONTON.
If Google Play says carrier billing is not provisioned
If the error appears while charging your mobile bill, check that you are connected to your carrier network, that carrier billing is added in Google Play, and that checkout uses the local currency. These are Google’s published carrier-billing checks; they do not identify the cause of every provisioning error.
If it still fails, contact your mobile provider with the exact error. Confirm whether your account can use carrier billing before retrying. Reinstalling MLBB cannot confirm that billing entitlement.
Route the final state correctly
If the retry becomes a completed order but the item does not arrive, move to the missing-purchase guide with the private order reference. If the charge is unfamiliar, use the unrecognized-charge process instead.
If Google continues to decline the transaction, stop retrying and preserve the message, time and payment-method type without publishing sensitive numbers.
Safe stopping point
Leave with a verified status or case reference
Stop when Google Play records a completed or clearly declined result. Use that state to choose missing-delivery, refund, unrecognized-charge or payment-provider support.
