Mobile Legends code not working: check the exact result

Re-enter the code once on the official Code Exchange, capture the exact rejection, and verify the code's date and scope against its original first-party announcement.

Use this after the official exchange rejects a submission or no expected result appears. This page cannot determine an unstated expiry date or account restriction.

Repeat one clean submission

Return to the official exchange, recopy the code, remove leading or trailing spaces and complete the live verification prompt. Submit once and save the response exactly as shown.

Repeated submissions do not add evidence and can make it harder to remember which entry produced which result.

Find the original announcement

Check whether the code came from a dated official Mobile Legends or MOONTON announcement. Read any visible campaign dates, region, event or account conditions there.

A copied list with no first-party origin cannot establish that a code is active.

Describe only what the tool confirms

Use the exact exchange message in a support request. Unless the official tool or announcement says expired, already used or ineligible, treat that explanation as unconfirmed.

If the official tool accepts the code but the expected account result is absent, record the account identifier shown by the flow and contact support without sharing secrets.

Redemption result

Understand what the result means

Stop after one verified resubmission and an origin check. Keep the exact result, code source and time; if the official exchange accepted it but delivery is absent, use the official support route.
