Start with the official app identity
Open the Google Play page whose package is com.mobile.legends and confirm the publisher and app name. Search results, copied APK pages and similarly named apps do not establish availability for the intended account.
Read the exact label shown where Install would normally appear. That wording is the evidence for the next check.
Check device, country and account conditions
Google identifies compatibility, Play country, age or parental controls, account type and developer distribution as reasons an app can be missing or unavailable. Review the condition that matches the store message rather than changing every setting.
A Play country change has account, payment and timing requirements. Do not change it merely to bypass a distribution decision.
Use the result to choose the next route
If the listing becomes installable, use the official Android download guide. If Google says the device is incompatible, use the live listing and device information rather than an unofficial package.
If the official listing supplies no usable explanation for one account, preserve the screenshot, device model, Android version, Play country and time before contacting Google Play or the developer.
Stopping point
Know when the fix is complete
Stop when Google Play identifies the availability condition or offers Install. If it remains unexplained, escalate with the official listing and exact account-safe evidence.
