Confirm the first-party Windows route
Open the official Google Play listing for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and check that Windows is offered for the signed-in account. A copied installer or search advertisement is not proof that it comes from Google or MOONTON.
Then open Google's live PC requirements. Use that page for supported Windows, storage, graphics and virtualization requirements because copied specifications can become stale.
Install Google Play Games, then MLBB
Download Google Play Games from Google's own site, complete its setup and sign in with the intended Google account. Follow any Windows or hardware-feature prompt shown by the installer before looking for MLBB.
Install Mobile Legends from inside Google Play Games. Keep the final listing and account visible so a later support report can separate a platform installation from a game download.
Verify the official installation before signing in
Launch MLBB from the Google Play Games library and let the platform report a result. If Google Play Games itself will not install or update, use the PC troubleshooting page; if only MLBB fails after the platform opens, preserve that game-specific message.
Do not enter an MLBB or Google credential into an unrelated installer, emulator page or download mirror.
Installation check
Confirm the official app is ready
Stop when MLBB appears in the Google Play Games library and opens from that platform. If setup fails, save the exact Google error and the stage where it occurred before troubleshooting.
